Author Biography

I am an ordinary woman who has become a successful author, businesswoman, and life coach in spite of extreme challenges during my personal journey. I am here to share with you that regardless of what side of the tracks you were born on, the hardships in your life, or even your current situation, you can do whatever you desire to do! I know because I've overcome many of my fears. Like a butterfly struggling to be free, I have gotten past those nagging negative thoughts. My purpose in life is to give you hope and encouragement with humor sprinkled in along the way. I have been journaling for 35 years now. It has been helpful on my road to recovery of sexual abuse and abandonment issues. I have spent countless hours in therapists' offices and group sessions. I wrote my first book, "13 Interactive Challenges to Self-Discovery", to help those who are struggling and need practical approaches to break free from the chains that are holding them back from reaching their full potential. What excites me the most about this book/journal is that it allows each of you to tell "your side of the story" and then leave that story behind as a legacy. Our thoughts and wisdom are worth more than all the gold you could possibly leave behind to someone special. They will hear your voice while they read your nuggets of wisdom from your own self-discovery. I started a YouTube channel, M & M Business Solutions, as a way to reach out to that one soul who may need my help and guidance in their personal and business lives. The channel is not full of glitz and glamour but of practical advice; I talk from the heart. These videos may have the nugget of wisdom you need to set your course on the next adventure. Think of these videos as markers to find your way along your self-discovery. I also have a page on Facebook called "Fly Like an Eagle Today" as another avenue to reach out to those who are hurting and need some encouragement. We can all soar like an eagle by loving and valuing ourselves and getting the counsel we need to get to the next level. I wake up every day ready to live my life according to my calling.
