In 1996, Andrew D. Singleton, Jr. founded Victory Apostolic Church in Harvey Illinois, where services were held at the former Ramada Inn. One year later Victory transitioned to a Chicago Heights location where, for the next 12 years, they experienced exponential growth. In February 2009, under the dynamic leadership of Pastor Singleton, the church transitioned to the current 12 acre, $20 million, 2500 seat sanctuary in Matteson IL. Pastor Singleton credits his phenomenal success to God's power and grace and being mentored by his late pastor, Bishop Arthur M. Brazier of the Apostolic Church of God in Chicago, Illinois.
