This book is Lianne's first collection of poems which are inspired by her experience with mental illness. Lianne's poems are a therapeutic way to express herself creatively. Lianne feels the more that individuals open up about their own experiences the more awareness there will be surrounding mental health and hopes that others may be able to relate and not feel alone in their own struggles.
