The poems have emerged straight from my heart based on an experience of a lifetime.

I have also been greatly influenced by the teachings in the Bhagavat Gita.

As with life, some of these poems are dark in nature whilst others are full of hope and opportunity.

Putting pen to paper has been a cathartic experience for me and here's hoping that these poems will inspire you and bring you solace and the strength to carry on through the ups & downs that most of us must face in our daily lives.
