VOLUME 4 begins with the overall hiring process as a Special Agent with the DEA, where my dream of reaching the pinnacle of drug enforcement almost seems doomed from the start. After overcoming several obstacles and finishing second in my class at the academy, my undercover story continues as I'm stationed in Kansas where I face some of the most dangerous criminals and situations of my career. Creative undercover tactics, a task force, and continuous wiretaps help take down some of the most deadly and largest drug cartels in the US and Mexico. Frustrations with the bureaucracy and family issues lead to the end of my undercover work and a new career contracting overseas in Afghanistan, Haiti and Liberia, as well as rising to the rank of Chief of Police in SC.
