Nita Ng is an experienced workshop and retreat presenter, batik artist, body prayer teacher (using dance, yoga, taichi & pilates) and spiritual director. She has taught in North America, Europe, Australia, Asia and inspired many who have attended her sessions. She believes that sharing personal stories is part of our growth as individuals as well as part of the greater humanity, as channels of love, peace and joy.
