Dr. Roberts was named a Distinguished Professor at Western Kentucky University and was honored as the first recipient of the National Association for Gifted Children David W. Belin Advocacy Award. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003eShe was also named Executive Director of the Center for Gifted Studies and the Gatton Academy of Mathematics and Science in Kentucky.\u003cp\u003eJennifer L. Jolly, Ph.D., is an associate professor in gifted education at the University of Alabama, and her previous positions include Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales. She is currently Association Editor for the National Association for Gifted Children, and, in 2019, she will become coeditor of the \u003ci\u003eJournal for the Education of the Gifted\u003c\/i\u003e. Her work has been published in \u003ci\u003eGifted Child Quarterly\u003c\/i\u003e, \u003ci\u003eJournal for the Education for the Gifted\u003c\/i\u003e, \u003ci\u003eRoeper Review\u003c\/i\u003e, and \u003ci\u003eGifted Child Today\u003c\/i\u003e. Jennifer has written and edited several books, including \u003ci\u003eA Century of Contributions to Gifted Education: Illuminating Lives\u003c\/i\u003e with Ann Robinson and \u003ci\u003eParenting Gifted Children\u003c\/i\u003e. She also served as editor of \u003ci\u003eParenting for High Potential\u003c\/i\u003e from 2007 to 2012.
