She is the author of many books, from \u003cem\u003eAngela Davis: An Autobiography\u003c\/em\u003e to \u003cem\u003eFreedom Is a Constant Struggle\u003c\/em\u003e. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eGina Dent\u003c\/strong\u003e is associate professor of feminist studies, history of consciousness, and legal studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
