This is the diary of Sydney L. Palmer, a British Anti-Aircraft Gunner during WW2. Sydney spent over 2 years of the war stationed in Malta, the most bombed place in the war. Malta was called 'Suicide Island, ' bombed more than London and Berlin combined due to its strategic position in the Mediterranean. Training begins, and so does his story.
