Borja Durán es presidente y consejero delegado de Wealth Solutions Europe, Wealth Solutions USA, del Instituto de Innovación Patrimonial y fundador y consejero de Finletic Capital. Graduado suma cum laude en Ciencias Empresariales en Tampa University (USA), cursó el diversos programas especializados: Behavioral Finance and Investment Decissions de Harvard Kennedy School, Investment Management Workshop en Harvard Business School, Private Wealth Management de la U. Chicago Booth of Business y Leading Professional Services Companies en Harvard Business School. Es miembro del CFA Institute (USA), de CFA Spain y del CAIA Association, profesor de varios programas y máster de especialización de gestión de Inversiones y de Finanzas (IEB, IE, ICADE, Cunef, etc.) y dirige el programa de Private Wealth Management del IEB. Acumula treinta años de experiencia en la industria financiera, en el asesoramiento independiente y la formación patrimonial familiar, es director del programa de Gestión Patrimonial Familiar del Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (UCM y la Bolsa de Madrid), autor del libro Gestión del patrimonio familiar y codirector del Diccionario de Finanzas Claras, ambos de LID.
