Bento boxes are a quick, filling, and entertaining way to eat lunch. In its simplest form, Bento is a single-serving, pre-packaged meal that has grown in popularity worldwide but is particularly popular in Thai, Chinese, Singaporean, Korean, and Middle Eastern cuisines. Rice or rice balls are almost often used as a base. Different proteins, such as chicken or pork, are introduced and tasty main dishes of vegetables or fruits.
