Author Biography

Ulf T. Kristoffersson is an international civil servant who has held high-level positions in four United Nations agencies and responded to humanitarian emergencies from Southeast Asia to Central Africa. He is currently a visiting professor at the University of Lund in Sweden and the Chair of the Maitri Foundation in India.
