Author Biography

Quentin Langley teaches public relations, marketing, and journalism at the Fashion Institute of Technology and at Fordham University, both in Manhattan. He has previously taught at business and journalism schools in the US and the UK. He is the author of Brandjack: How Your Reputation is at Risk from Brand Pirates and What to Do About It (2014) and co-author of Key Concepts in Public Relations (2009). He has worked in public relations and journalism since 1984 and been teaching since 2003. He is chair of the Public Relations Society of America's Global Affairs Committee. He has been writing a weekly op-ed column, Common Sense, for Lake Champlain Weekly since 2005.
