Chicken is a delicious mainstay that can be found on many menus worldwide. My family's at-home menu included it often, and I enjoyed every single bite.

But I didn't know Chicken was biting me back.

I didn't know that every delectable morsel that passed through my lips was going down into my digestive system and wreaking havoc on my body. The unfortunate reality for me is that the AB-type blood running through my veins finds NO benefit in this piece of poultry.

Isn't it an inconvenient truth that some things that we love simply don't love us back?
