A series of unsolved murders in the heart of his city are the best chance that Detective Rico Montero - Monty - has to live up to the legacy left by his father within the precinct. His first potential witness, a young waitress by the name of Camellia, gives him little to work with in cracking the case, yet somehow finds herself at the heart of it.
