Chesapeake Nursery Rhyme is a playful poem written for my grandchildren and great nieces and nephews. I've combined the names of the little ones in our family with some of the coastal creatures that we live with here in beautiful Maryland.

Author Biography

Author Kay Swann-Gregor was born and raised in Maryland and currently lives on the Potomac River in southern Maryland. She comes from a large family with many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews a well as 3 children and three grandchildren. This nursery rhyme was a labor of love portraying the children as the animals of coastal Maryland, a truly unique and beautiful place to live.
