From whatever perspective we look at Christ, he exceeds all things. He is different to the creation. He stands above creation because he is the Creator. In all the relations within creation he stands apart. We are all created beings, but Christ is far greater than the best we can think up. He is ever before us and above us. He is the true pioneer and trail-blazer.
