This is a chapter out of the life of Mary L. Burch. She encountered a difficult time while pregnant with her fifth child. Mary had very bad morning sickness and medication had been prescribed that caused an adverse effect on her unborn baby. Mary L. Burch found that having a Special Needs child only enhanced her life and gave her wisdom, understanding, and knowledge to become and advocate for the Developmentally Disabled.
