The Congressional Club (founded in 1908) is an historic residence in Washington DC which is the official club of Congressional spouses. The Congressional Club is the only club in the world to be incorporated by an act of Congress. The club has produced recipe collections, now known as The Congressional Club Cookbook, or C3, which are its major fundraisers since 1927 and is now in its 14th Edition. This iteration of the Cookbook dates from 1950.
