From the beginning, the life of Phyllis Krystal (May 11, 1914 - December 10, 2016) was characterized by her interest in fundamental and profound questions related to human existence. As early as the 1950s, she began with her friend Virginia to use the "waking dream technique" to seek answers to some of these questions. Throughout her long life, Phyllis gave countless trainings, seminars and individual sessions all over the world, helping to develop and spread this Method. Thanks to her tireless dedication until very old age, she helped many, many people to free themselves and find true meaning in their lives.
