Author Biography

Mable Hoffman was a professional home economist and famed Crock-Pot pioneer. The author of many cookbooks, including Crockery Cookery, California Flavors, and Appetizers and Small Meals, she was the recipient of four Tastemaker Awards. She died in 2010.
