Da Traha Kohuya is a children's book of affirmations written in Hiwatahia, Spanish, and English. As we work to reclaim our identities and write Tainos back into history, this book serves to remind our young ones that they are strong, they are gifted, they are enough - all while teaching Hiwatahia, a newly constructed Taino language developed by Cacike Jorge Baracutei Estevez.
