It was in 1959 when I first met Miss B. I had been skipped over 6th grade and sent to Jr High, Mark Twain Jr High on Neptune Avenue in Coney Island. She was my 7th grade English teacher. That I fell madly in love with her is not really an issue here, but I for sure did.
