Author Biography

François Mairesse, Professor of Museology at Sorbonne Nouvelle University (CERLIS, CNRS, ICCA) and a former museum director, is the UNESCO Chair on the Study of Museum Diversity and its Evolution. He is the author of numerous works on museums and museology.
