Author Biography

Amber E. Williams has over 14 years of experience in the field of education and is state-certified as a teacher and principal. She has worked in traditional public schools as well as charter schools and has served in the roles of classroom teacher, Dean of Instruction, Assistant Principal, and Principal. She has a B.A. in English and an MBA. Williams is currently pursuing a doctorate, specializing in transformative leadership coaching. She has successfully coached aspiring school leaders to principalship and aspiring business owners to entrepreneurship and is passionate about helping leaders grow and discover who they are as leaders. Amber E. Williams is the owner of Williams Education Consulting and is also a writer and public speaker.
