His research focuses on the legacy and emergent (pharmaceuticals and nanoparticle) pollutant effects on aquatic species and biogeochemistry of trace metals in the marine environment.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eIlaria Corsi\u003c\/strong\u003e, Ph.D., is presently Adjunct Professor of Ecotoxicology at the University of Siena.
