After years and, in some cases, centuries, a book finally arrives that gives protagonism and credit to the incredible women who forged their own paths throughout Puerto Rican history. ELLAS is a book that was completely created by Puerto Rican women so that children and youth may continue to dream big, following in the pioneering footsteps of these women.

Author Biography

Mya Pag疣 is a Puerto Rican artist and illustrator. Mya studied Foreign Languages at the University of Puerto Rico, majoring in French and Italian. In addition to her passion for languages, she has always loved to draw and to traduce her feelings and surroundings to paper. She currently works as a full time illustrator. She has collaborated with agencies such as Energy, BBDO, The Martin Agency and Buena Vibra.
