Wildfires, floods, hazardous material spills, hurricanes, earthquake, and tornadoes-emergencies, can strike anytime, anywhere. In face the number of annual federal disaster declarations has more than doubled over the past few decades. All juvenile justice residential facilities needs plans to prepare for, respond to, and recover from these emergences that the essential services they provide can become operational again as soon as possible after an emergency strike.
