Erin was settling her aunt's estate trying at best to adhere to her aunt's specific instructions for disposing of her estate. Part of the challenge is locating her aunt's estranged son Robert, Erin's cousin. Erin utilizes her husband's firm to help locate Robert. The trail leads Erin from Georgia through California and through Mexico. Along the way Erin discovers that Robert's gambling has put his family not only in debt but in danger from his bookie.
