She is the author of \u003ci\u003eTextile Traditions of Chincero\u003c\/i\u003e and \u003ci\u003eWeaving in the Peruvian Highlands\u003c\/i\u003e. She lives in Chinchero, Peru. \u003cb\u003eChristine Franquemont\u003c\/b\u003e is an anthropologist who has lived and worked in the Andes studying textiles and essential native plants. She is co-chair of Andean Textile Arts, a North American support organization for the Center for Traditional Textiles of Cusco. She lives in New Haven, Connecticut. \u003cb\u003eJoe Coca\u003c\/b\u003e is a photographer of people from all walks of life over five continents, industrial products and installations, architecture, food, and especially handcrafted textiles and other artisan goods.
