Fin is a fish who is learning to swim His parents bring him to the pool for swim lessons. The lifeguard gives him a few simple rules to stay safe and have fun at the pool. With the help of his instructor Miss Spout, Fin learns some basic skills that not only give him the confidence to learn to swim, but help him develop a love of the water.
