Holly makes it a point to seek out and order regional specialties and delicacies whenever she is away from home. Then, as she enjoys these foods, Holly tries to deconstruct them so she can recreate them upon her return to upstate New York. Holly has a passion for sharing her food with others, so most of her family and many of her friends have enjoyed these dishes with her over the past few years.
