This book contains a series of poems that take you on a journey through healing. As someone who has struggled with mental health for most of my life, writing has always been my safe haven. Poetry has allowed me to illustrate all of my emotions with words and this book takes you through that journey. From some of my darkest moments to the moments I began to see the light and bloom.
