He is also a prolific writer and lecturer, and is an adjunct professor of strategy and service management at Copenhagen Business School.\u003cbr\u003eBetween 2001 and 2003, he was an executive-in-residence at IMD in Switzerland where he undertook a research project that resulted in the book, \"Winning at Service.\" His second book, \"Denmark Limited-Global by Design\" explored the way in which Denmark became one of the world's most competitive nations.
