Joy's other books for adults include\u003ci\u003e Itsuka\u003c\/i\u003e (1992, published as \u003ci\u003eEmily Kato\u003c\/i\u003e in 2005), \u003ci\u003eThe Rain Ascends\u003c\/i\u003e (1995), and \u003ci\u003eGently to Nagasaki\u003c\/i\u003e (2016). Her works for children are \u003ci\u003eNaomi's Road\u003c\/i\u003e (1986, 2005) and\u003ci\u003e Naomi's Tree\u003c\/i\u003e (2009).
