Author Biography

Laurinda is a native of the snowbelt in Western New York and left the cold weather for the sun and mountain views of southeast Arizona in 2003. A graduate of Houghton College, New York, she's made a career in administration. Active in church ministries, she has served in worship ministries and teaching women's Bible studies for many years. A lifelong writer, she seriously pursued freelance writing in 2005 and has been published in both print and e-publications. She contributes regularly to Christian Devotions, and has written devotions and articles for The Upper Room and Mature Living. Her debut novel, The Time Under Heaven was released by 3-Mice Productions in June, 2012. An avid gardener, she regularly receives inspiration for her devotional writing from digging in the dirt.
