• Notarization: $5 per document (per Tennessee state law)

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Payment is collected at the time of your appointment
• Same-day and weekend appointments available — additional $40 scheduling fee applies
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows may be subject to a $25 fee
