Zu\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cb\u003eñ\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eiga \u003c\/strong\u003eis Assistant Professor in Urban and Community Planning at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. Her research focuses on resident perspectives of neighborhood change occurring in areas undergoing increased investment towards sustainable urban development.
