Gigi wakes up sluggish and goes through her morning routine of coffee, prayer, and journaling from reading in her Bible. She thinks of how sluggish sloths appear to be and looks on the internet to learn more about them and shares in a fun and informative manner what she learns. She ends up realizing why she was sluggish and what she can do to change that.
