Author Biography

Carol Schaller Carmichael is an artist and photographer from New Hope, PA. Her work has been shown at a variety of juried exhibitions including the Museum of Contemporary Art (Washington DC), Phillips Mill, Artsbridge, the Salmagundi Club (New York City), Telfair Museum (Savannah, GA), Art Museum of Brasov Romania, and at private galleries in New York, London, Edinburgh, Chicago, and many other cities. Her studio is at Leeside Farm in Bucks County. In Gorillas of the Impenetrable Forest, the photographs are presented in full color, and most are as large as they could be to fit on the page.
