Education in health sciences and a curious mind led to a practice of Naturopathic principles, Bioenergetics, Reiki and Herbalist. Through two businesses Vital Herbs Inc. and Aspen Grove Wellness she followed her beliefs that mind, body and spirit must be treated equally for wellness.
