Esoteric exercises come in many forms and with many different outcomes. The following exercises are based on the study of "mantras" (instrument of thought) assembled into 19 Class lessons. Whilst the structure of the lessons is similar to the original 19 Class lessons by Rudolf Steiner, they are completely different in content and have been arrived at using contemporary, exoteric methods. The purpose of the exercises is unique. They have been created principally to prepare the Soul for its next incarnation. By studying the Class lessons contained in this short book, the student will begin to think about what the future will hold for the reincarnated Soul and thereby helping the Soul's transmigration from death to rebirth.
