Twelve ways to make listeners like their speakers.

Rule 1: If we feel that we are honored by being asked to address an audience, let's say so!

Rule 2: Let's give our listeners sincere appreciation.

Rule 3: Whenever possible, let's mention the names

of SOME of our listeners.

Rule 4: Let's play ourselves down-not up!
