Children love trinkets. Seemingly worthless items like a dirty rock or a piece of string become priceless treasures in the eyes and hearts of our littles. Souvenirs and keepsakes, who hasn't collected one or more through the years? Pretty seashells we find on the beach, a heads-up lucky penny found on the ground, ticket stubs from a trip to the zoo or circus, a keychain from our favorite vacation destination, all special reminders of the places we've been and the things we've seen and done-a tangible memory to revisit any time.
