I know that happiness is a gift. It is the one true gift that we provide for ourselves. For this reason, there are so many goals I have accomplished on my own and yet I have so many more to achieve. Intertwined with my confidence and strength alone, I am happy, or better yet, I am complete. These are a few of the affirmations I write down and tell myself daily. In the same manner, I look around the room, post-its of many hues peek in and out like a rainbow running in between the clouds throughout the sky. They provide reminders that create a collage of inspiration which set the tone for the day. While standing here looking in the mirror I see success, beauty, and most of all confidence. The image that looks back at me is slender, toned, and curvaceous.
