There will be an address later in the morning by Tony Sager, Senior Vice President \u0026amp; Chief Evangelist, Center for Internet Security, USA on the topic of \u003cem\u003eStranger in a Changed Land\u003c\/em\u003e. The second day of the conference will open with an address by Col. Jeffrey Erickson, the director of the Army Cyber Institute. His talk is entitled \u003cem\u003eDeveloping the Critical Capabilities Needed to Respond to Cyber Attacks on Modern Cities\u003c\/em\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWith an initial submission of 120 abstracts, after the double blind, peer review process there are 52 Academic research papers, 7 PhD research papers, 10 Masters Research papers and 2 work-in-progress papers published in these Conference Proceedings.
