Carl (Oregon, Estados Unidos) es diplomado en Historia y en Sociología. En 1995 comenzó a asistir a festivales paganos y a mostrar abiertamente las creencias que albergaba desde hacía mucho tiempo. La calidez y la sinceridad de esta comunidad espiritual eran exactamente lo que había estado años tratando de encontrar. Aunque ha pasado mucho tiempo practicando magia grupal y todavía mantiene lazos con un aquelarre, Carl es, a día de hoy, un pagano solitario. Dedica su esfuerzo a estudiar la naturaleza y su energía, que constituyen los cimientos del paganismo moderno.
