Democracy is under constant stress and is a threat all over the world and particularly in India, a land of vast disparities due to religions, castes, creeds, regions and languages. Intolerance is further strengthening the forces of disruption. What is the solution?

Democracy is "Government by the people," and now only "people" are responsible to save it by electing leaders who may serve the people and look after the welfare of the nation or else change them by the force of their franchise.
