ROLAND BERGER, founder and Chairman of the international strategy consulting firm Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, is also the founder of the Roland Berger Foundation.
SOUMITRA DUTTA, the Roland Berger Chaired Professor in Business and Technology and Dean of External Relations at INSEAD, researches the interrelationships among innovation, technology, and organizational design. A fellow of the World Economic Forum, he has won several awards for research and pedagogy. TOBIAS RAFFEL, Academic Affairs Manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, graduated from London School of Economics (LSE) and holds a Ph.D. from Potsdam University, Germany. GEOFFREY SAMUELS, a business writer, graduated from Stanford University and the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
