After finishing high school, Brian entered culinary school and became a trained chef in 1983. While working in kitchens throughout the world and teaching others about food, Brian never lost his love for the written word. He diligently kept a daily diary while often writing poetry and other non-fiction stories about his life. After closing his last restaurant in 2008, Brian decided to write full time. He started a blog and began to publish his own books. Through many trials of life and battling addiction to alcohol, Brian remains sober to this day and uses his deep thinking mind to teach and coach others in all areas of life. His writing style is unique. His words will touch your heart. He will make you feel as though he is sitting right beside you. His honesty, integrity, compassion and gratitude seemingly show up in all of his books.
